Job Description:

Saint Catherine of Siena Parish is a vibrant family parish in Metro Boston with a parish school. The parish is seeking a full‑time, vibrant, faith‑filled Catholic Youth Minister to develop, implement, and manage Middle School Religious Education, including Grade 8 Confirmation, and Youth Ministry. Under the direction of the parish priests and in collaboration with the parish and school staff, this person will provide regular youth ministry gatherings and opportunities to grow and nurture the Catholic Faith intellectually, spiritually, and emotionally.

The candidate must be an active, practicing Catholic who is committed to the teachings of the Catholic Church, have excellent organizational and communication skills, high energy, a willingness to take initiative, and the ability to relate well with teens and adults. The position requires flexibility of schedule to work on weekends and evenings as needed, the ability to work on one’s feet and at a desk for several hours, computer literacy, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
