Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support and teach lessons across grade levels and content areas, as assigned.
- Maintain an engaging and effective learning environment for all students.
- Adapt to a variety of classroom needs, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Fulfill responsibilities assigned by school administration, based on the day-to-day needs of the building.
- Collaborate with staff to support both academic and social-emotional growth of students.
- Utilize resources and receive ongoing support from administration and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience strongly encouraged.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and implement instructional plans.
- Flexibility, dependability, and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
