The Director will manage multiple projects concurrently, proactively mitigate execution risks, and drive successful commissioning and turnover of projects into operating assets.

The position reports to the Vice President, Project Management & Construction (Engineering & Construction).

  • Coordinate with development, engineering, finance, commercial, legal, and operations teams to ensure project alignment and successful handoff.
  • Oversee commissioning activities and support successful achievement of COD and project closeout milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with financing requirements, permits, interconnection obligations, and project agreements.
  • Provide regular project status reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in energy infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on utility‑scale renewable project construction (solar, wind, and/or energy storage).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects through construction and final completion.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • EPC contract execution and administration
    • Project scheduling, cost control, and risk management
    • Renewable energy systems including solar PV, onshore wind, and BESS
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and drive project outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites (~50%).
  • Must pass a pre‑employment background and financial credit check.
Compensation
  • Base annual salary range of $180,000 – $220,000, contingent on experience, responsibilities, and location.
  • Additional compensation and benefits include:
