Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with Min 12+ years of experience in Tekla Project Management

• Sloan Global is looking for Tekla Project Manager.
• Should have min 12+ years of experience in US Commercial projects.
• Should have excellent written, verbal communication skills.
• Should be able to attend teleconference calls, meetings and coordinate with American clients.
• Must have work experience in oil & gas, industrial & commercial sectors.
• Should be able to lead a team of 15+ with multiple projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in AISC and US standards.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience and structured to attract and retain the best.

Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with 6 to 20 years of Tekla Model & Drawing Checking

• Should have experience in US standard with Tekla software.
• Should have sound knowledge in AISC specifications like OSHA, ASD, RCSC & NISD.
• Knowledge in SJI (Steel Joist Institute).
• Knowledge in concrete structures, such as slab level/depth, expansion joint, reinforcement, composite steel, etc.
• Accurate interpretation of IFC drawings/ SPEC doc/ CONNECTION design.
• Work follow-ups to meet client schedule.
• Checking of complex shop drawings.
• Checking of GA/ERECTION drawings.
• Preparing AML (Advance Material List) reports.

Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with 5 to 15 years of experience in Tekla Modeling & Detailing

• Modeling with respect to structural drawing & architectural drawings.
• Preparation of custom components.
• Connection applications.
• Should have good knowledge in TEKLA.
• Should prepare the 3D model in Tekla as per IFC drawings and client requirements.
• Before starting the model, should check the input drawings with latest revision.
• Should prepare RFIs and update the model as per client RFI replies.
• Should do the preliminary model check and clash check.
• After completing the model, should be able to find transportation and erection issues.
• Knowledge of standard connections, macros and user-defined connections as per client requirements.
• Able to identify similar connections in the model.
• Assign the same assembly and park identical properties to minimize quantity of shop drawings.
• Capable of raising and preparing RFIs.
• Good knowledge in template and report preparation with respect to client requirement.
• Should generate GA drawings, shop drawings, erection drawings with related reports and NC files.
• Good knowledge in preparing Bill of Material, title block as per client requirement.
• Should be able to edit drawings in case of urgency.

Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with 3 to 8 years of experience in Tekla Detailing & Editing

• Strong detailing skills as per AISC standards (US standards).
• Good exposure and experience using Tekla 3D.
• Experience in preparing steel general arrangement drawings, editing.
• Fabrication drawings, connection details & marking plans would be desirable.
• Should have hands‑on experience in drafting & detailing of different structures.
• Creates erection drawings to be used by the erector to assemble the steel structure.
• Assists in shop drawing editing, verification as needed by project schedule.

Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with 6 to 20 years in checking detailed Rebar CAD drawings

• Responsible for complete checking of Rebar detailing projects as per US Standards.
• Raising an RFI to the client for any query related to the project.
• Guiding and coordinating with detailers to get the drawings on time.
• Must be good at handling the Rebar CAD software.
• Good technical and domain knowledge for rebar detailing.
• Should be well conversant with various applicable ACI codes and standards.
• Must possess sound knowledge of various technical aspects involved in rebar detailing.
• Should be able to enhance and recommend QA/QC awareness/performance of the company by providing solutions.
• Must be able to coach the team members for giving quality output.

Engineering Graduate/Diploma holder with 2 to 10 years of experience in US Rebar Detailing

• Strong knowledge and exposure of ACI codes.
• Candidates should be graduate/diploma in civil engineering.
• Good working knowledge in producing error‑free drawings is a must.
• Also should be well‑versed in Rebar CAD and must be able to complete drawings and schedules on time.
• Should self‑check the drawing, and produce drawings with minimal errors.
• Should have a strong urge to learn.
• Be able to work in a team and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues.
