Apply electrical engineering principles and analysis to solve complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions. Contribute to system architecture, detailed design, circuit development, hardware integration, verification, and qualification activities. Work closely with systems, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and test engineers to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, environmental, and customer requirements.

Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive solutions from investigation through implementation. Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, schematics, specifications, and other design deliverables. Present technical work and recommendations during peer, technical, and formal design reviews. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and engineering approaches that can improve product performance, reliability, and capability.

Support engineering estimates, work-package planning, technical risk identification, and project execution. Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting in laboratory, production, and field environments. Ensure engineering solutions meet applicable safety, environmental, quality, regulatory, and customer requirements.
