Job Overview

Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. The position may involve residential mortgage loan origination and requires SAFE Act registration.

• Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑management solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Triage client requests and make referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.

• Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
• Strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays. 1st shift, United States. 40 hours per week.

Pay: $28.85 – $33.65 hourly. Base salary only; no incentive eligibility.
