Role DescriptionWe’re looking for New or motivated Loan Officers with a few years of experience who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Whether you're currently in the industry or returning after a break, this role offers the training and support needed to thrive.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Loan Officer, LOA, or Loan Processor
- MLO License (Required, unless entering the training program)
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and coachability
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Ability to commute or relocate to Braintree, MA 02184
