Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid, Financial Advisor role based in Braintree, MA. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial goals, analyze current financial situations, and develop comprehensive financial plans. Daily responsibilities include advising on retirement strategies, investment options, and risk management, as well as monitoring portfolios and recommending adjustments as market conditions or client needs change. The role also involves maintaining detailed client records, preparing reports, and communicating complex financial information in clear, accessible terms.

The Financial Advisor will build and maintain long‑term client relationships, participate in business development activities, and stay informed about financial markets, regulations, and industry trends. We offer the chance to build a team around you for the right candidates offering support, business advice, and leadership coaching.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills.
  • Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments skills.
  • Candidates should possess or be pursuing Series Investment licensure.
  • Relevant certifications such as CFP, ChFC, or other recognized financial designations are beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust, maintain client relationships, and uphold high ethical standards.
  • Experience with financial planning software, CRM systems, and proficiency in standard office applications including Zoom/Teams/Google Meet.
