Up to $70/hour (based on billable services provided)

Aster Mental Health, a physician-founded and female-led private practice, is expanding and looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our supportive, client-centered team. This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-person sessions at our bright, modern Braintree, MA office.

We're looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals to provide therapy to adults and/or adolescents in a hybrid model of care.

• LICSW

• Fully licensed in MA (or willing to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Experienced in evidence-based therapy for adults and/or adolescents
• Timely and accurate documentation (ideally same-day notes)
• Able to collaborate with colleagues and external providers
• Available to offer at least 15 client sessions per week
• Preference to commit to one day in office per week (flexibility to be in the office more frequently as requested)
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Tech-comfortable and solution-focused
