Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in behavioral health or human services? Aspire Health Alliance is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our multidisciplinary Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) teams.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate, mission‑driven organization while gaining hands‑on experience in a behavioral health setting. This is a perfect role for someone who is looking to enter or grow in the behavioral health field.
Responsibilities- Provide essential administrative support, and work closely with clinical leadership
- Oversee office operations and execute special projects as assigned
- Coordinate and organize all non‑clinical operations for two ACCS teams
- Work closely with ACCS leadership, quality and compliance department, and billing department
- Assist with developing and delivering staff trainings related to data and compliance
- Maintain accurate and organized client records in compliance with DMH requirements
- Manage staff training documentation, certifications, and medication administration registration
- Handle incoming mail, memos, letters, and occasional transportation coordination
- Support licensing and compliance documentation and processes
- Prior experience with office management required; behavioral healthcare or medical office preferred
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and the ability to learn new applications
- High School or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred
- Valid driver's license, access to personal vehicle and a good driving record required
- Ability to assess and analyze data and create reports and graphs
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work with multiple levels within the organization across all programs
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full‑time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$22.40 - $25.25 USD
