The Opportunity

As a Clinical Supervisor at Vitra Health, you will serve as the direct point of contact for clinical field staff and provide leadership, oversight, and compliance management across assigned regions. You will play a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for a strong clinical leader who is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting field teams while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for field staff to elevate client and care-related concerns.
  • Leads Day 2 orientation sessions for field staff when scheduled.
  • Oversees orientation training progress tracking for new field staff.
  • Supports standardized staff development across all regions.
  • Conducts monthly 1:1 meetings with staff and documents performance discussions.
  • Escalates performance or HR-related concerns to the Clinical Manager as appropriate.
  • Participates in care team management, including caseload and regional oversight.
  • Assigns new clients and assigns coverage as needed.
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize care team structure and regional coverage.
  • Participates in case conferences and region‑specific MDT meetings.
  • Reviews weekly and monthly reports and escalates concerns to leadership.
  • Ensures Electronic Health Record documentation accuracy, including important dates.
  • Oversees documentation submission and CCT compliance.
  • Conducts compliance visits and reviews annual/semi‑annual compliance requirements.
  • Audits charts (post‑assessment, post‑admission, 30‑day, semi‑annual, annual).
  • Reviews contracts and care plans at admission for quality assurance.
  • Tracks MDO and annual compliance in collaboration with Compliance Department.
  • Reviews scheduling for productivity standards compliance.
  • Oversees weekly CCT billing process and escalates issues as needed.
  • Coordinates payment issues (non‑CCT or authorization‑related) with Accounts Payable.
  • Co‑leads full staff operational team meetings.
  • Provides caregiver communication to support program compliance.
  • May provide field support and participate in community outreach as needed.
  • Fosters a culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.
  • Serves as a brand ambassador for Vitra reflecting our mission and values.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience supervising, managing performance, and training staff required.
  • Previous experience in home health care or related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, documentation standards, and clinical oversight practices.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to the field as needed.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑regional environment.
  • Bilingual (English and secondary language) preferred.
Physical and Environmental Demands

Works in a clean, well‑lit environment with fluctuating temperatures and close proximity to others. Requires substantial periods of computer use. Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling equipment up to 35 pounds. Requires walking, standing, frequent sitting (75%+ of workday), and ability to negotiate stairs. Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate equipment.
