Our team is passionate about delivering personalized care tailored to the specific needs of clients in diverse settings, including long-term care facilities, short-term rehab centers, assisted and independent living communities, and addiction rehab management centers. We also specialize in public speaking engagements to promote evidence-based nutritional practices and offer a comprehensive IDDSI implementation program to support facilities with successful transitions.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Clinical Dietitian, located on-site with some remote capabilities (site dependent) and some long term and some short term contracts for the following locations:

  • Worcester, MA
  • Braintree, MA
  • Auburn, MA
  • Northbridge, MA
  • Newton, MA

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietitians to join our team. If you are an independent, self-regulated professional with a passion for making a difference in the lives of residents, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field;
    Master's degree preferred (required post 2024)
  • Current registration as a Dietitian (RD) in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Proven experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred
  • Independent and self-regulated personality with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology (PCC and Matrix Care) preferred
  • Knowledge of LTC and SNF regulations and guidelines preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex nutritional information clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
