The Trinity Wellness Group provides transformative addiction and mental health day treatment in Massachusetts, supporting adults dealing with substance use, dual diagnoses, and mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder. Our licensed team uses evidence-based therapies such as DBT, EMDR, trauma-sensitive interventions, peer support groups, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). With a focus on holistic healing, we address emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being and offer personalized aftercare plans and an alumni program to support long-term recovery.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Therapist role located in Braintree, MA. The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address addiction and mental health challenges. Daily tasks include developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, documenting progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic recovery. The Therapist will also engage in aftercare planning to ensure patients’ long-term success in managing their mental health and recovery.

Qualifications
  • Experience in providing therapy using evidence-based practices such as DBT, EMDR, and trauma-focused interventions
  • Strong skills in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and tracking patient progress
  • Proficiency in facilitating individual and group therapy sessions
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized and compassionate care
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, and relevant licensure (e.g. LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of addiction and mental health challenges, including dual diagnoses treatment approaches
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with trauma-sensitive interventions and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is a plus
