Schedule That Works for You

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on your assigned territory and patient needs
• Typical caseload of 5–6 patient visits per day
• Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and visit planning

Territories

• We are hiring Occupational Therapists across Boston and surrounding communities, including:
• Beantown Team:
  Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Boston, South End, North End, West End, Fenway, Financial District, China Town, Kenmore, Prudential, South Boston
• Cambridge, Charlestown
• Adams Team:
  This role will primarily serve patients in Quincy and Mattapan, with additional coverage across Avon, Braintree, Canton, Holbrook, Milton, Randolph, and Stoughton.
• For clinicians traveling within Boston, city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
