You'll use your clinical judgment, creativity, and compassion to help patients regain independence and safely perform daily activities in the comfort of their own homes.

Schedule That Works for You
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Flexible scheduling based on your assigned territory and patient needs
- Typical caseload of 5–6 patient visits per day
- Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and visit planning
Territories
- We are hiring Occupational Therapists across Boston and surrounding communities, including:
- Beantown Team:
Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Boston, South End, North End, West End, Fenway, Financial District, China Town, Kenmore, Prudential, South Boston - Cambridge, Charlestown
- Adams Team:
This role will primarily serve patients in Quincy and Mattapan, with additional coverage across Avon, Braintree, Canton, Holbrook, Milton, Randolph, and Stoughton. - For clinicians traveling within Boston, city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist
- Home care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
