You bring compassion, professionalism, and a desire to help families succeed. You also have:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with youth who have mental health or behavioral challenges.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and maintain professional boundaries.
Your role will blend clinical skill with compassionate care, including:
- Providing individual and family therapy in home or outpatient settings.
- Supporting clients with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and families.
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation aligned with best practices.
- For newer clinicians, you’ll receive mentorship and guidance at a pace tailored to your comfort and experience.
