This high school-based assignment focuses primarily on students in a language-based program, giving you direct impact in a supportive and collaborative environment. Working from 7:25am-2:20pm, you’ll gain insight into varied workplace styles and leadership approaches, strengthening your resume and building connections that last beyond the assignment. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Comfortable working in a high school and language-based support program
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in the language-based program
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
  • Complete necessary documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success
