Extended Stay America is seeking a Team Lead to assist the General Manager in daily hotel operations, driving revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will supervise 8–15 hourly associates, train staff on brand standards, and escalate issues to the GM when needed.
You will promote safety, enforce policies, monitor inventory and expenses, and help achieve GOP targets and EBITDA goals while delivering a consistent guest experience.
