We're seeking a data-driven problem solver to join our Data Operations team as we rapidly evolve how we leverage data and AI across the organization. The Data Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of data that supports business decision-making across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of data operations, cloud infrastructure, and analytics, maintaining our Big Query data warehouse, building Power BI dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally to translate data into actionable insights that stakeholders use daily.

You will work closely with analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, performance, and usability across platforms, with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform technologies.

In this role, you'll spend your time writing SQL queries to validate data quality, investigating anomalies in Big Query, building and maintaining dashboards, and solving data puzzles that help the business run smoothly. You'll be joining a team at an exciting inflection point—we're actively building out our data infrastructure, moving away from expensive third-party tools to in-house solutions, and exploring how AI can amplify our analytics capabilities.

• Write SQL queries daily to extract, validate, and transform data in our Big Query data warehouse
• Monitor data quality by identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies and investigating root causes
• Maintain our Big Query datasets including performance optimization, security, and access controls
• Build and maintain data quality checks and validation processes
• Support routine database operations including backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Apply best practices for database security, access controls, and data governance
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards that business teams rely on for daily decision‑making
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting and dashboards that enable data‑driven decision‑making
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data for analysis and reporting needs
• Translate business questions into clear metrics, visualizations, and insights that are easy for non‑technical users to understand
• Continuously improve reporting efficiency, automation, and usability based on stakeholder feedback

• Document database procedures, reporting processes, and data workflows to improve transparency and scalability
• Partner with team members to standardize reporting processes and reduce manual or repetitive work
• Contribute ideas and solutions that improve data reliability, efficiency, and overall analytics maturity
• Partner with stakeholders across marketing, finance, and operations to understand their data needs
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences
• Participate in team discussions about improving our data processes and exploring new technologies
• Contribute ideas for leveraging AI and automation to enhance our analytics capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in data analytics, database administration, or business intelligence roles.
