** Position Summary
** Responsible for performing a wide range of facilities maintenance and janitorial duties to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding grounds.

* Key responsibilities include:

* Conducting inspections of facilities and exterior spaces
* Performing general janitorial duties in buildings and vehicles
* Supporting security procedures for building access.
* Operating cleaning equipment, handling trash removal, maintaining restrooms, managing inventory of supplies
* Compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards is essential,
* Perform other duties as assigned.

* Qualifications:

*** Willing to work this shift
- ** 9:30AM to 6:00PM. M-F**.
* 2 Years’ minimum experience in janitorial services
* Potential candidates would preferably have background cleaning in government facilities.
* Clean driving record
* Ability to obtain Security clearance
* Ability to read, write, and speak English
* Excellent customer service skills in dealing with staff
* Ability to operate a variety of common cleaning machines, i.e., vacuums, floor scrubbers/buffers, etc., as well as use common hand tools
* Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheet
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Reliability and Punctuality in all weather conditions
* Basic technical abilities to send emails and use CMMS WO system
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Expected Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this role is $
** 22-24 an hour based on experience.
