Lead the heartbeat of operations across the FTW Distribution Center and FTW PEC, driving excellence in people, performance, and execution. In this influential leadership role, you will oversee a team of Facility Operations Managers and frontline associates across multiple locations, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing high‑performing teams, delivering exceptional results in safety, service, quality, and cost, and empowering employees to solve complex operational challenges.

Through coaching, mentorship, and a proactive, results‑oriented approach, you will inspire teams to exceed performance goals while building the capabilities needed to sustain long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop team to solve day‑to‑day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
• Communicate cross‑functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
• Motivate team to achieve plan goals
• Cost center P&L management and ownership
• Ensure all managers develop and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre‑shift, round tables, etc.)
• Solve Zone operational issues
• Interface with product direct delivery customers, vend customers and Frito‑Lay Sales associates.
• Strong partnership with Sales, Traffic and Region partners to ensure strong service performance
• Ability to influence external and cross functional partners
• Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects
• Seek out and implement best practices to achieve optimal team performance
• Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement
• Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
• Develop and execute against annual/quarterly service and financial targets

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
• Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
