Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.

Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products as well as implementing cost‑saving process improvements.

• Troubleshoots and resolves issues, estimating time requirements for operations, and preparing operation sheets.
• Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters to increase efficiency and cost savings.

• Typical 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
