This role involves working with cowhide products, so candidates should be comfortable handling this material.

This role is for a Manufacturing Machinist / Cleanroom Production Associate responsible for operating computer-controlled machining equipment in a regulated medical manufacturing environment. The worker must be comfortable working in a cleanroom with full gowning
, handling cow hide/biological material
, following GMP/SOP requirements, and accurately recording production and inspection data.

• Operate computer-controlled equipment such as Swiss lathes, grinders, honing machines, centerless grinders, automated washers, and Fanuc robotics
  .
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections
  , including First Article inspections, according to print specifications.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, ISO, FDA, health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements
  .
• Record production, quality, inspection, and training data accurately in manufacturing systems.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow cleanroom rules, including no jewelry, makeup, hairspray, or perfume
  .
• Work with cow hide/biological material in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain consistent quality, productivity, and dependability.

• Cleanroom experience with full body gowning
• GMP / regulated manufacturing experience
• CNC / computer-controlled machine operation
• Precision machining and inspection
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting
• Measurement tools: dial indicators, micrometers, verniers, gauges, shadow graph
• Chemical handling and safety awareness
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication
• Basic math skills, including decimals and percentages
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
