Welder

Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Welder to support aerospace and industrial casting production in our highly technical manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform precision welding on complex components to exact specifications, reading blueprints and weld symbols while operating and maintaining welding equipment safely. You will inspect welds for quality, document work performed, and collaborate with quality and machining teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding of aerospace and industrial castings to engineering specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and related tools
• Inspect welds using visual and basic measurement tools to ensure quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 5
• S/lean practices
• Collaborate with quality, machining, and production teams to resolve issues
• Document work performed and maintain accurate production and quality records
• Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement activities

• MIG/TIG welding
