Alder is seeking a compassionate Enrichment Specialist for Older Adults to join our Flourish program in the South Shore Territory. This part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) focuses on creating engaging activities and support for older adults, promoting social, emotional, and mental well‑being.
You will collaborate with staff, caregivers, and volunteers, travel to community locations as needed, and maintain accurate records to improve program outcomes. A driving record is required.
