Nursing Supervisor

We are hiring a night shift Nursing Supervisor to oversee hospital-wide nursing operations and lead clinical teams within a 115 to 120 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

Salary: $41 - $70 per hour.

• Supervise nursing care delivery, treatment plans, and clinical services across the hospital during assigned night shifts
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and frontline staff to ensure smooth operations
• Provide real-time staff oversight including coaching, evaluations, scheduling support, and performance management
• Assist with development and implementation of patient care policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
• Step into patient care as needed and support safe staffing across units
• Promote a positive team culture focused on patient outcomes, safety, and compassionate care

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications
• Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse, lead nurse, or shift supervisor
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Ability to lead teams, manage clinical workflows, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting
