Home Health RN Case Manager
Coverage needs primarily in Milton/Braintree/Stoughton, MA area and surrounding towns.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Competitive pay rates, mileage reimbursement
- Occasional weekends may be required
Requires minimum 1 year recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
