Registered Nurse, RN Supervisor Skilled Nursing Facility

John Scott House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. • Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts
• Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing assignments
• Support admissions, discharges, and care planning processes
• Monitor nursing documentation and clinical outcomes
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and compassionately
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team

• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• CPR certification required
