Job SummaryFull‑time, Part‑time, and Per‑diem positions are available. Eligible candidates must hold an active Massachusetts license and be up to date on COVID‑19 vaccination, including booster. A bonus of up to $7,500 is offered for qualified applicants.
CompensationHourly wage: $24.00 to $31.00. Bonus: $5,000–$7,500.

Standard shift:
Day, Evening, Night, Overnight.
Supplemental schedule:
Extended hours, Holidays, Overtime.
Weekly schedule:
Rotating weekends, Weekend availability.
Experience:
1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long‑Term Care (Preferred).
License/Certification:
LPN or RN License (Preferred).
Braintree, MA 2184 (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
