John Scott House is currently seeking a Nurse Unit Manager! Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. John Scott House is a beautiful facility located in Braintree, filled with friendly faces and new opportunities!

- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts, RN preferred
- Experience with EMR
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC), preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid leadership abilities, team approach, and the ability to lead others respectfully
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Mentor RN/LPN Staff Nurses
- Provide guidance to our Nursing Assistants
- Monitor training for new orients
- Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
- Implement infection control updates
- Greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
- Direct workflow efficiently within time constraints
- Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives
- Report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with Staff Development Coordinator to foster patient-centered nursing care
