, is seeking a compassionate and hands‑on Unit Manager to lead our short‑term unit. This is an ideal opportunity for an RN or LPN who enjoys mentoring staff, building relationships with residents and families, and remaining actively involved in clinical care.

- Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred
- Lead the daily clinical operations of a long‑term care unit
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in the on‑call rotation
- Assist with admissions and clinical problem‑solving
- Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration and taking a medication cart to support the team during staffing needs or busy periods.
This is not a desk‑only management position. Our Unit Managers lead by example and work alongside their teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
