Job Overview

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Braintree, Massachusetts. This is a full‑time, ongoing staff position working with a multi‑disciplinary team to provide skilled nursing care to clients in assisted living and independent living communities.

• Use head‑to‑toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Apply experience with acute and post‑acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

• Work independently while knowing when to elevate concerns.
• Make real‑time clinical decisions without on‑site support.
• Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
• Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits.
• Use point‑of‑care documentation and technology efficiently.
• Pay attention to detail while meeting productivity expectations.
• Cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy.
• Adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules.

• Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• At least one year of recent, hands‑on medical experience with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab settings.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.

Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule. Base pay is $57.00–$62.00 per point and is subject to negotiation based on qualifications. Flexible scheduling is available.
