Satellite Nurse, RN – Braintree Women’s Care

Eligible for up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Hours: 32 hours per week, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Must be flexible to cover between Norwood and Framingham.

Required: 1+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience.

Provide comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge, utilizing the nursing process and evidence‑based practices.

• Assess – collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to identify outcomes and cultural needs.
• Plan – develop individualized, evidence‑based care plans and coordinate discharge planning.
• Implement – execute care plans safely, document interventions, and provide patient teaching.
• Evaluate – assess effectiveness of care, update plans, and support quality improvement activities.

• Apply clinical judgment to deliver patient‑centered care, including medication administration and technology use.
• Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory initiatives.
• Collaborate across disciplines, delegate responsibilities, and mentor new staff.
• Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a safe therapeutic environment.
• Engage in lifelong learning, maintain licensure, and pursue advanced certifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred); BLS Certification required.
• Prior ambulatory OB or GYN experience required; lactation or childbirth certification preferred.
• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse License; ACLS/PALS or other relevant certifications acceptable.
• Ability to meet physical demands of standing, walking, lifting, and emergency response.

$34.79 – $43.49 per hour.
