Are you an experienced nurse looking to take the next step into leadership while continuing to provide exceptional resident care? John Scott House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 5-Star skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and hands-on Unit Manager to lead our short-term unit. This is an ideal opportunity for an RN or LPN who enjoys mentoring staff, building relationships with residents and families, and remaining actively involved in clinical care.

- Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Lead the daily clinical operations of a long-term care unit
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete resident assessments and oversee care planning
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Assist with admissions and clinical problem-solving
- Provide direct resident care as needed, including occasional medication administration and taking a medication cart to support the team during staffing needs or busy periods.
This is not a desk-only management position. Our Unit Managers lead by example and work alongside their teams to deliver exceptional resident care.
