John Scott House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate ADON/Nurse Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. Responsibilities:Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned shifts
Coordinate daily clinical operations and resident care
Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and nursing assignments
Support admissions, discharges, and care planning processes
Monitor nursing documentation and clinical outcomes
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to nursing staff
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and compassionately
Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives
Serve as a clinical resource and role model for the nursing team
Current Massachusetts RN license required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
CPR certification required
