Home Health Clinical Supervisor (RN)

You'll be the clinical resource your team can count on. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing patient care, clinical staffing, referrals, and assignments
- Ensuring timely starts of care and seamless care coordination
- Reviewing plans of care, physician orders, and clinical documentation
- Conducting OASIS reviews to support accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Monitoring patient needs and ensuring care plans remain appropriate
- Coaching clinicians and providing ongoing education and feedback
- Supporting recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and staff development
- Partnering with physicians, patients, families, providers, and vendors
- Monitoring key clinical and operational performance metrics
- Providing field support when needed
- Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
- Associate degree in nursing
- At least two years of RN experience in home health or hospice
- Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred
- Strong OASIS, care coordination, and clinical documentation knowledge
- A natural ability to coach, communicate, and bring out the best in others
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and clinical judgment
- Ability to learn systems such as Homecare Homebase and Workday
- Dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Willingness to travel within the branch's coverage area
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50–100 lbs.
- Competitive compensation based on experience and education (range is between $90k to $110K)
