Continuum Hospice & Palliative Care Massachusetts is seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to support hospice patients and families in the Boston area, especially during weekend nights. You will assess needs, coordinate care, and offer compassionate end-of-life support in home settings.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN or similar, is an RN with 1 year in medical-surgical/acute care (hospice a plus), is proficient with EMR, and maintains CPR certification.
