• Lead and execute the company’s quality strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Drive excellence across product quality, manufacturing processes, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and suppliers to ensure products consistently meet or exceed internal and industry standards.
• Promote a company‑wide culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Implement, maintain, and improve the QMS in compliance with standards such as ISO 9001.
• Track and report key quality metrics to drive performance improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Address non‑conformances and drive sustainable corrective actions.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with engineering and operations to improve product and process quality.
• Lead resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
• Drive initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Reduce process variability and eliminate defects.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and prevent recurring issues.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment with quality expectations.
• Lead supplier audits and improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members, building a high‑performing organization.
• Work closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Support New Product Development (NPD), including PPAP and first article approvals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of quality experience in manufacturing, including 5+ years in leadership.
• Certifications such as CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, quality tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with PPAP, first article inspection, supplier audits, and process validation.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., CSA, NSF, ASME).
• Proven ability to lead structured problem‑solving initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

The pay range reflects our good faith estimate at the time of posting and does not guarantee a specific wage. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, and other job‑related factors.
