Pay Range: $33.69 - $39.02

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all customers and set expectations
  • Custom fit glasses and accurately place prescriptions in lenses
  • Act as a leader in optical acumen
  • Take and record measurements; adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail to meet standards and customer needs
  • Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions
  • Use technology accurately and efficiently under time pressure, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tool usage
  • Be proactive, explore root causes of issues, forward‑thinking, and ensure customer satisfaction and exceeded expectations
  • Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities
  • Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies
  • Maintain store appearance, keep the store clean, attractive, and organized
  • Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
  • Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and pursue continual learning, improvement, and results
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management
Basic Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • State licensure
  • Optical dispensing experience
  • Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder
  • Knowledge of current store merchandise
  • Strong basic math skills
  • Awareness of current fashion trends
  • Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPAD/tablet
  • Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
  • Embrace new technology and change
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and retail experience
