Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

GNC is a global leader in health and wellness products. We look for a Store Manager who embraces our "Live Well" philosophy.

• Ensure products are merchandised per GNC standards and are easy to see and buy.
• Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while coaching associates to realize their potential.
• Build strong teams through feedback, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
• Open, close, and operate the retail facility, handling cash, inventory counts, deposits per procedures.
• Attend community fairs, conferences, and other public gatherings to promote the brand.

• Stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, reach, bend, twist, lift up to 40 pounds.
• Work in temperatures 50–85°F, use computer up to 60% of time.
• Work five days a week, 40 hours, including scheduled evenings and weekends based on location.
