Store Manager Responsibilities
The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora fan, fully immersing in our brand, culture, and products while taking immense pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role provides exciting opportunities to spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and partnering with the team to drive sales. The Store Manager coaches and manages a team consisting of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

- Daring to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
- Actively seeking opportunities to surpass commercial targets and KPI expectations, setting new records.
- Creating unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
- Coaching and inspiring the sales team, fostering accountability for performance and providing real‑time feedback and guidance to achieve KPI goals.
- Building loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Building a network and attracting top talent into Pandora during seasonal and core hiring for Assistant Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Partnering with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilizing expertise across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience to guarantee timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated results‑oriented leadership with at least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
• Developed strong communication skills, both written and verbal, showing care in interactions.
• Skilled in charming and captivating audiences, connecting with people at all organization levels.
• Sharp business acumen complemented by analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
• Talent magnet, experienced in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams; adept at succession planning and internal mobility.
• Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive promptly.

Salary range: $77k to $90k.
