Sales Lead (Part Time) – Braintree, MA
The Sales Lead is a crucial role focused on delivering superior customer service, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty. The role reports to the Boutique Manager and works closely with the team to convert walk‑in traffic into Intimissimi ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude and exceed client expectations.
- Show strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capture customer information using multiple channels, including phone and written follow‑up.
- Manage client books, following up on shopping experiences and product inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals set with the Store Manager.
- Maintain full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
- Use fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships within a team‑focused environment.
- Support managers in executing standard in‑store operations such as daily replenishment and seasonal markdown processing.
- Partner with the Manager to use internal systems for business analysis and track store and individual KPIs.
- Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
- Operate the POS system and perform opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure store cleanliness, including dusting, mopping, and sanitizing common areas.
- Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to deliver high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations.
- Provide training to new teammates, sometimes across departments.
- Opportunity to support new store openings across the U.S. and participate in nationwide contests.
- Hands‑on training in guest experience, basic store operations, business acumen, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- Potential progression to Store Manager, District Manager, or Sales Director through growth and performance.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer service and contemporary retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and committed.
- Effective problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and stand for long periods, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.
- Base salary plus monthly bonus based on budget achievement, store volume, and location.
