Game Stop - 117 Pearl Street - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Fully support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives;
Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures and transfer products from stock room to selling floor;
Meet store sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals; address guest questions and escalate issues as needed
