Lids - 250 Granite Street - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up when Store Manager is not present;
Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the Store Manager's absence;
Engage team in a respectful, inclusive environment and adhere to brand standards;
Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates during peaks when Manager is absent;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures;
Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard inventory, funds, and property;
Lead Customer Experience by executing selling strategies to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional service;
Educate customers about membership programs and in-store offers;
Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness;
Maintain a professional appearance per dress code;
Support operations directives and maintain a safe work environment;
Maintain store technology and equipment (MPOS, Lids Custom) through daily audits and updates;
Manage backroom efficiency, inventory processes, and price changes;
Open and close the store following Operations guidelines
