Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with meeting their video gaming needs;
Assist the Store Manager with scheduling, training, and ensuring onboarding/compliance training is completed;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system and balance daily transactions;
Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure merchandise is well-presented and stocked
