Compensation: $15 guaranteed hourly pay. Uncapped Commission and bonuses. Our current team averages $900-$1,600 in earnings per week, and top performers can earn even more

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will:

• Engage customers face-to-face inside our partner retail locations, presenting and selling AT&T Wireless & Broadband products.

• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to needs and tailoring solutions to each individual, effectively bridging the gap between our clients' offerings and customer needs .

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a daily and weekly basis through proactive engagement and follow-through.

• Collaborate with your team and managers to refine sales strategies, share best practices, and celebrate wins. You'll have hands-on coaching from leaders who work beside you in the field, not just from behind a desk .

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the client's brand - you'll become an expert on your product line and handle questions, concerns, or troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction .

• Participate in daily training sessions and team meetings to build your skills in sales, leadership, time management, and more. Over time, assist in training and mentoring new team members, contributing to team growth and your own leadership development.

• Maintain professionalism and uphold Mobizwiz's values of communication, integrity, and respect in all interactions , ensuring a positive brand image for our clients and a great experience for customers.
