* Job Duties:

*** Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
* Establish and maintain relationships with customers
* Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
* Recover quickly from setbacks

* Job Requirements:

*** Prior experience in the automobile industry required (at least 1 year)
* Must possess strong negotiation skills
* Experience in managing and organizing work time and work related activities
* Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer Service Skills
* A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
* Must have a flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends  
** Benefits:*
* ** Full Time** - Health, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide at no cost to you, Basic Life Insurance and an AD&D policy of $20,000. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
