Job Description

Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Sales Manager / General Sales Manager. The Automobile Sales manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers, and closes the sale.

We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed.

• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services.
• Attend to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals.
• Audit all appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
• Ensure that appropriate dealership records are maintained.

• Experience in Automotive Sales (2 years required).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

Full Time – Health, Dental, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide at no cost to you, Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
