• Present the manufacturer’s product, features, and benefits to customers and conduct test drives.
• Assist sales managers in the sales and delivery process.
• Keep up to date on all dealer information and industry news.
• Study our training program for sales skills and product knowledge.
• Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction by assessing customer needs to achieve results.
• Perform other tasks as required by the manager.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Accurate record‑keeping of all appropriate dealership documents.
• Willingness to learn using our state‑of‑the‑art training tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience is welcome but not required; our training and orientation program will prepare you to be comfortable, capable, and confident.

• Health, Dental/Vision, 401(k), Long‑Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
• Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost.
• All other benefits are optional and offered at cost.
• Paid sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year.
