Inside Sales Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM– 4:30 PM |
Compensation: $26.00/hour plus Commission

Homans Associates (HA) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution company in the world, Watsco, Inc. We proudly distribute the Mitsubishi and Bryant brands of HVAC equipment, as well as a full line of HVAC residential and commercial parts, supplies, and accessories. We have locations throughout New England, New York, and New Jersey.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Braintree, MA. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by promoting our air-side products, including Mitsubishi Ductless, and HVAC residential and commercial parts and supplies. You will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with current customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

• Use computer database to research availability of merchandise. Fills customer orders from stock or prepares transfer from other location.
• Work with sales to take off and submit job quotes.
• Provide technical support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, deliver and return status, as required.
• Enter and follow orders until they are successfully delivered to the customer on time.
• Handle incoming customer requests for bids and product information, equipment specifications and applications selections.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and support as required.
• Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise.
• Other duties as assigned.
