Requirements
Requirements
- General carpentry, cabinet installation, product quality knowledge
- Experience in residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior renovations.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to troubleshoot field conditions independently.
- Solid time management skills and ability to meet simultaneous timelines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and superior organizational skills
- Willingness to be flexible, taking on both challenging and non-challenging tasks
- 4+ years' experience in residential finish carpentry
- Knowledge of remodeling and construction
- Knowledge of cabinetry and installation
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily to job sites throughout Eastern MA or Southern NH.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined residential spaces.
- Comfortable working in active home environments, often in occupied spaces.
- Must provide own basic hand tools. Additional job-specific tools may be provided by the company.
- Able to walk over uneven surfaces
Salary Description
Up to $27.00 per hour
